Welcome to The Heritage Room

The Heritage Room, in one word, is an experience. For the Culinary Arts students, a team designs and builds a themed menu each week when dining services are offered. They prepare and deliver an array of delicious items from the kitchen to our guests. And, they get to apply what they learn about customer service in a real, practical way.

For our guests (that's you!), you will enjoy an array of flavors and aromas with your friends, colleagues, or family, all while knowing that you are contributing the learning experience of our students. Between the tastes, price, and friendly service you'll encounter, we know that you will not be disappointed. Join us for an upcoming dining experience!

Reservations

Reservations are not required but are encouraged to ensure seating availability. To make a reservation, email heritage-room@efcts.us.

This week's menu has been built by senior Culinary Arts students Simone Beasley (Whitehall Yearling) and Lilian Hopson (Pickerington Central) and features cuisine with a tropical, Caribbean flare!

Welcome to The Bakeology Marketplace

The Bakeology Marketplace is the place where delicious breads, baguettes, pastries, cakes, brownies, cupcakes, and other tasty takeout options are made by the students of the Culinary Arts program. Our students take pride in both the taste and presentation of their creations and are happy to send you home with something to calm your sweet tooth or that perfect bread to compliment your meal.

The Bakeology Bakery operates while The Heritage Room restaurant is in service. Students also run special sales to help fundraise for their student organization, FCCLA, during the holidays and other special times of the year.
