Want to apply?

To apply to an Eastland-Fairfield program, complete the application and return it to your guidance counselor. They will attach your current transcript and send it to us to review.

You should apply as soon as you choose a program. There is no application fee. The application timeline is below:

  • Round 1-  deadline early February
    (status letters mailed March 29)
  • Round 2- deadline mid-April (status letters mailed April 27)
  • Round 3- On-going through the summer as space permits (status letters mailed May 3 and every two weeks)

See your school counselor for your high school’s specific deadline dates or more information.

Remember that many programs fill up fast, so don't delay! All students should be striving for the best G.P.A. and attendance possible during their 9th and 10th grade years.

At the end of each round of application (see dates above), you will be notified by your high school counselor and by mail whether you have been accepted into a career center program.

Please note the special application requirements for the following programs:

  • Graphic Design - please submit a portfolio of your artwork to your guidance counselor or Eastland-Fairfield representative. They will deliver it to the Graphic Design Instructor to review.
  • Criminal Justice - complete the Criminal Justice Cadet Application and send to Eric Wallace, Criminal Justice Instructor, as indicated on the application.
  • Performing Arts - contact the Performing Arts program at 614.501.4071 to schedule an audition or interview.

Check us out.

The best way to learn about Eastland-Fairfield programs is to visit. All sophomore students are invited to visit Eastland, Fairfield, and satellite programs. If you missed your school's designated visitation date in November, additional opportunities are available to visit between January and April. The dates are:

  • January 28, 2010
  • February 18, 2010
  • March 11, 2010
  • April 8, 2010
  • April 29, 2010

Download the Make Up Visitation Form and return it to your guidance counselor at least one week before the date you plan on visiting an Eastland-Fairfield program.
