GED

Adults who leave high school before completing the 12th grade can obtain an Ohio High School Equivalence Diploma by achieving a specified score on the official GED test. Those who pass the GED test receive credentials certifying they have attained knowledge and skills associated with high school completion.

Basic Skills

Free Adult Basic Education classes are offered to those age 18 and over. You can:

  • Study for the GED test
  • Prepare to find work or get promoted
  • Help children with homework
  • Learn basic computer skills
  • Get ready for a new training program

We offer personal education plans to help you improve English, math, and reading skills. You can work at your own speed without grades or peer pressure. Daytime and evening classes meet throughout the year. You can take ABE classes in Franklin and Fairfield Counties. To register in Franklin County, call 614.836.3903.
